We were part of Maui AgFest before Fork & Salad even opened on Maui!! We had taken part in the event via our sister restaurant Three’s Bar & Grill in 2015, then introduced our farm-fresh concept at a Fork & Salad booth in 2016, months before we launched our first eatery in Kīhei.
We’ve been committed to AgFest ever since, as Maui’s prime event to foster awareness and support for our island’s amazing agricultural community. With 50+ fresh ingredients and a farm board filled with local suppliers, we couldn’t be more aligned with this mission. See more in our video above.
Hosted by Maui County Farm Bureau in partnership with the Office of Economic Development, the 12th annual Maui AgFest & 4-H Livestock Fair will happen June 1, 2019 at a new location: War Memorial Special Events Arena in Central Maui.
Check out the Fork & Salad food booth, where we’ll be offering our signature Watermelon & Feta Salad, Maui Goddess Salad, Endless Summer Grain Bowl and Paniolo Salad, with added protein options like Kalua pork, chicken, tofu and hummus.
AgFest runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with free admission and parking for $5 per car. It features Maui’s largest farmers market, 4-H youth livestock show, a keiki play zone, ag education and much more.

It’s an awesome day, where the entire industry, its allies and supporters come together to share what’s being done for the collective good of local agriculture, and to showcase ag’s vital role in the economy, environment and lifestyle of Maui.
