Our first day of business on Wednesday, July 13 was EPIC! We even had a visit from local media to cover our big opening. Fork & Salad was featured on Maui Now and Facebook Live, and it’s been quite a journey since then!
All indications are we’ll be opening the doors to Fork & Salad on Wednesday, July 13! And local media already is already catching the buzz.

We’ve got a LOT of fresh ingredients on the menu at Fork & Salad Maui — more than 50, in fact — and we’re sourcing those locally and organically whenever possible. Kumu Farms is one of our many trusted produce suppliers, not only at Fork & Salad, but also at our first restaurant, Three’s Bar & Grill in Kīhei.
