When we reopened on May 4th, 2020, we wanted to start slow to gauge demand. We’re grateful to say we’ve gotten a great response from our customers, and are now excited to offer our full menu, or as close as we can get it right now!
Starting Wednesday, May 13th, you’ll be able to come into Fork & Salad Kahului to order your food (look for social-distance markers on the floor in line). We’ll have a greeter outside to open the door for you, with up to five customers permitted inside at one time. Then once you order and pay, you exit the store and we’ll bring your freshly-made food to you as soon as it’s ready (which will be fast, as usual)!
It’s Easy to Order Ahead
With safety and simplicity in mind, we encourage you to order online or download our free mobile app to enjoy takeout from our Kahului location (near Target) and delivery to Central and South Maui (FREE through 6/30/20). By ordering and paying ahead, we can work together to maintain minimal customer-to-employee interaction. If you’ll be ordering inside the store, we do require you to wear a mask and, of course, practice social distancing. We’ll be doing the same, along with other enhanced safety measures.

We’re proud to be bringing back our variety of ingredients on the full menu and are doing our absolute best to supply as many of them as possible, but hope you’ll be patient and understanding, since some products may simply not be available during this time.
