Here at Fork & Salad, when we say “fresh” ingredients, we mean it. And there’s a LOT to choose from! So, we start early to get more than 50 different types of fruits, vegetables and proteins ready for the day. Chef Travis gives us a rare inside scoop on the prep process in this video.
On any given day, it takes us about four hours to prep up all those ingredients and set up the cold line, greens, juices and soups. Some items are so popular, we’re refreshing them up to a dozen times a day!
And just a reminder that we’re adding in an extra day of prep and service, since we’ll be opening the doors this weekend for our very FIRST Sunday, August 21! Whether you’re working or playing over the weekend, we hope you’ll stop in and support us!
