As Fork & Salad gets closer and closer to opening, our walk-in cooler is starting to fill up! Chef Travis gives us a quick look inside to check out some of Fork & Salad’s very FIRST produce order, after picking up the fruits and veggies at local farms.
Kumu Farms, known as “The Source” in Waikapū, is one of our most trusted suppliers at not only Fork & Salad, but our other restaurant, Three’s Bar & Grill in Kīhei. So during our first produce pick-up, Chef Travis surprises Kumu Farms manager Manu by revealing there will be a signature salad on the menu with special meaning to the farm. Check out the moment!
