Our Chef Maria is so excited about our new shiny equipment in the kitchen, and all the supplies and ingredients that are starting to fill it! She is in the midst of organizing the kitchen as we get ready for opening! Here’s a quick look at how it’s coming together.
Never eat the same thing twice! We here at Fork & Salad Maui have been working hard to craft a menu filled with signature salads, sandwiches, soups, dessert and even special beverages. The options are endless when it comes to building your own salad, with around 50 different fresh ingredients, all sourced as locally as possible. Co-owner/chef Travis Morrin unveils the menu in this sneak peek.
Our food isn’t the only thing that’s hand-crafted at Fork & Salad Maui! Once we’re open in July, you’ll notice Chef Cody Christopher’s woodworking skills throughout the restaurant, from the tables to the counter to the railings! He’s made most of the items in his garage, and has learned a lot from master carpenter Roger Brower. Learn more about his custom creations in this video.
