Oko‘a Farms in lower Kula specializes in unique, beautiful fruits and vegetables that aren’t easily found elsewhere.  With a genuine desire to live off the land, these farmers practice full-circle, organic farming, caring for an amazing array of around 60 crops!  You might notice Oko‘a’s stand at local farmers’ markets, including the upcountry market on Saturdays, and you’ll also enjoy their special items on your plate at Fork & Salad.  We proudly use a number of their products as part of our fresh greens and ingredients.  Check out the motivation behind their countless hours of hard work, and why they chose to name their farm Oko‘a, in this video.
