Here at Fork & Salad Maui, we are proud to offer an array of beverages along with the food, including Maui-made, Big Wave Organics kombucha and kefir on tap; cold-pressed Nitro coffee; fresh juices like our Mean Green, Roots ‘n Spice and Dawn Patrol blends; and vitamin-packed health shots such as ginger, turmeric and wheatgrass. We also stock grab-and-go options like apple juice, iced teas, organic chocolate milk, coconut water and lemonade.
But now, there’s something else…for those 21 and older. We’re excited to share that we recently received our liquor license! Craft beer and wine are NOW available; you can also add a shot of PAU Maui Vodka to enjoy a kombucha cocktail!
With our passion and mission to support local suppliers and farmers, we saw a unique opportunity to include even more local businesses at Fork & Salad by enhancing our beverage program along with the food. In creating symbiotic relationships with dozens of Maui businesses, it not only helps boost our island’s economy, but also provides a much-needed option for diners to #EatLocalEatHealthy. Now they can enjoy all these fresh products in one place, at affordable prices too. It’s fast, it’s convenient, it’s local, and it’s supporting Maui in more ways than one.
So don’t forget to join us on Friday, August 26 for our Grand Opening celebration during Kīhei’s 4th Friday town party. We’ll feature a beer garden around our outdoor patio, along with a farmers’ market showcasing our amazing local suppliers.
