Maui County AgFest: A Look Back, a Look Forward

Maui County Agricultural Festival remains an inspiring event for us at Fork & Salad.  After all, we are a farm-to-table eatery with more than 25 local suppliers and producers!!  Known as “AgFest,” the big day is on the way Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The event takes some preparation on our part, so check out the video above to see our journey to AgFest from last year, and get a taste of what’s to come this year!

Admission is $5 at door or included with other ticket sales.  With interactive exhibits, a keiki zone, farmers’ market, Grand Taste dining event and more, the 11th-annual event is prime way to raise awareness about Maui’s agricultural industry.  It brings together farmers, educators, chefs and other supporters at Maui Tropical Plantation for a full day of fun events!  We’ll be there with our Fork & Salad booth and Three’s food truck, and we’re happy to help showcase ag’s vital role in the economy, environment, and lifestyle of Maui.  #EatLocalEatHealthy
