Planning for an event? Birthday, anniversary, office party, luncheon, beach potluck or family gathering? Keep Fork & Salad in mind! If you have something social coming up, big or small, we have awesome options for getting everyone fed.
With our catering, you can get our fresh, local menu items delivered to you, or you have the option to pick them up. You’ll also see our catering operations in action from time to time at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center and community fundraisers.
While you can order anything for your party, we generally recommend the sandwiches be cold versus warm. Popular items include signature salads like our Roasted Kabocha Squash & Strawberry with Chicken or platters of assorted sandwiches for large groups, like a mixture of Shrimp & Avocado Clubs and Kumu Farms Eggplant and Goat Cheese Wraps. Don’t forget, we also have freshly-made soups and chili; you can order small individual containers or a few quarts at a time!
Catering makes feeding large groups super easy! You can customize any order for your event; just call 24 hours ahead to discuss your menu, place your order and schedule a pick-up or delivery.
We aim to keep our offerings not only convenient, but also affordable. For instance, you can get a 9 x 13″ platter of salad, which serves six people, for $35. The 11 x 15″ tray, which serves 10, costs $55. The build-your-own salad option includes five ingredients of your choice, then you can add protein like tofu, shrimp, chicken or even seared Ahi for anywhere from $12 to $32 more.
As for our sandwiches, prices range between $55 and $70 for options like our Lemon-Thyme Chicken, Shrimp & Avocado and Seared Ahi. Each tray has five of our substantial sandwiches cut in half, for a total of ten pieces.
