We’re very proud of our quality, gluten-free proteins like baked Ahi belly, citrus-poached sustainable shrimp, chicken breast with Meyer lemon-herb dressing, baked quinoa falafel and more.  And don’t even get us started on ALL the fresh, Hawai‘i-based produce, from Kumu Farms corn to Oko‘a Farms beets to Kamuela tomatoes.  When we said 50+ ingredients, we weren’t kidding!!  You can top it all off with an assortment of cheeses, nuts and our ultra-healthy Super Finishes.

Fresh ingredients speak for themselves, and ours have a lot of healthy goodness to share!  You can taste the difference, whether you build your own creation or savor one of our signature salads, sandwiches or wraps.
