Maui Calls, We Answer!!

We’ve learned a lot from our sister restaurant, Three’s Bar & Grill in Kīhei.  You could consider Three’s a wise older sibling, who’s passed along a lot of knowledge, particularly when it comes to catering.  Three’s Catering has built a solid reputation for quality and customer service over many years, and we’re always stoked to partner with such an experienced, professional team for events like Oprah’s Health and Wellness session, Maui County AgFest and Maui Calls food and wine event at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center (MACC).

Our owners have had a longstanding relationship with the MACC; in fact, you’ll find Three’s food truck offering great options at many shows, concerts and events there.  Maui Calls is the MACC’s largest fundraiser of the year, and on August 18, Fork & Salad was proud to feature our signature Kumu Farms papaya salad, along with a braised short rib with Oko‘a Farms vegetables and pesto mashed potatoes.  Chef Cody has a look at both our displays at Maui Calls in this video!

Fork & Salad Catering can handle big events with hundreds of people, no doubt.  But we are also happy to cater family celebrations, business gatherings, weddings, luncheons and more; or provide you food to pick up for a picnic or potluck!  Whatever your social opportunity, our locally-sourced salads, fresh sandwiches and house-made soups can be ready to go!  Stop in or call us at (808) 879-3675; just get in touch 24 hours in advance to discuss the menu and place your order!  #EatLocalEatHealthy
